Elegant yeast and delicate fruit flavors delightfully intermingle in the 2014 Brut sparkling wine from Glenora Wine Cellars. The grapes were all grown around Seneca Lake and the wine offers delicate strawberry and elegant apple flavors. This sparkling wine was filled into tirage for the secondary fermentation during the summer of 2015, producing a profusion of tiny bubbles that explode to the surface upon opening the bottle.  The moderate dosage adds luscious creaminess and a lingering finish.

This is a smashingly good champagne/sparkling wine! I enjoyed this delightful wine while traveling and made a note to find it near me...but they have no stores near me in Texas! They do ship! Cannot wait to receive a shipment! Great wine!

First, I find most sparkling wine or champaign of $40 or less to be way too sweet or tastes like bad grapefruit juice. The Glenora, around $20, was a very drinkable, enjoyable sparkling wine. I have no negatives; it is a good value for the price.

I have tried my champagnes from or near Rheims, France. Dom Perignon is ten times your price and not quite as good. My oldest daughter bought your sparkling for our anniversary and became critics. I have a vineyard here south of Penn Yan, and make a lot of vinifera wines. I am not starting a public winery, but do it for my family.
